OPRAH TO GET MARRIED... ON TV
YHO!! The queen of talk show... wait!!! Is she still? Nah, not anymore.
But Oprah Winfrey is rumoured to get married to her long-time
boyfriend Stedman Graham and the wedding will be televised. The
reason it is to be televised? To boost the viewership of her TV
channel, the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN). Lame...
The National Enquirer tabloid quoted unnamed insiders saying
Winfrey is "pulling a Kardashian", but then hopefully unlike the
Kardashian one, the marriage will last longer. The events leading up
to the $100m wedding, including Graham's bachelor party, would
allegedly be chronicled on OWN to try and lure more viewers to the
channel. According to a friend of Graham, Winfrey offered her
boyfriend of 26 years a prenuptual agreement of millions of dollars
as well. Halalala
Apparently the only shows that are doing well on the TV channel are
the shows that Oprah appears on. The other line up is doing
horribly wrong. So hopefully the wedding will bring more people to
the channel.
